2019-20 Tryout Forms
The Westwood High School Cheerleading Program has an online submission process for tryout forms. Interested candidates will receive the information at the Mandatory Tryout Meetings in January. Failure to attend one of the mandatory meetings (parent and candidate) will result in the candidate being ineligible to tryout for Westwood Cheerleader &/or Mascot.
All forms will be filled out online via Rank One. Follow the link below to the forms. You will still need to turn in a hard copy of the athlete's physical.
